10 community members will be recruited to serve as a community advisory committee for the 112 acre site. Topics addressed will be street and trail networks, open space, neighborhood connections and land-use priorities.
Applications to join the committee will be accepted through Sept 6 at stpaul.gov/hillcrest.
The city is looking for five St Paul residents, one or two Maplewood residents a rep from the housing industry, someone who works in or advocates for multi-modal transportation, a business owner or staff member with a business association and a member of the St Paul Planning Commission.
Committee work will begin in October.
